Combined with his own examples of successful declaration and lessons learned, he shared his experience in terms of topic selection and docking to the major national needs. Mr. Liu Fei, head of the department, emphasized on strengthening the cooperation declaration of national foundation, deepening technical exchanges and jointly promoting the development of academic research.
